摘要
当代世界区域科技发展呈现出一批科技高地引领国家与区域经济发展等六大发展趋势。遵循区域科技发展趋势与科技高地形成规律,提升天津科技在全国的地位、形成天津科技创新的集成优势具有重要的战略意义。天津应在“十一五”期间,尽快形成以津西科教新区、滨海新区为核心和两翼,以科贸中心市场为重要依托,以区县特色产业集群为腹地和基础的天津区域科技发展战略格局。
The regional science and technology development of contemporary world has presenteu one batch of technical height on six tendencies such as to lead national and the regional economic development. Following the rules of forming the regional science and technology development tendency and the technical height, it will have important strategic meaning to promote Tianjin status of science and technology in the nation, and to form Tianjin integrated advantage on sci ence and technology innovation. During the period of 11th Five-year-plan, Tianjin region should, as soon as possible, form the strategic development pattern taking the newly developed science education area in western Tianjin and the Binhai New Area as the core and two wings, and taking the scientific trade central market as the important support, taking industrial cluster with district/county characteristic as the hinterland and foundation.
