摘要
中共中央“十一五”规划建议提出了我国区域发展的总体战略,关于形成合理的区域发展格局、鼓励东部地区率先发展和推进天津滨海新区开发开放的要求,对于谋划天津未来发展具有重要指导意义。天津应该、也有条件在21世纪前20年,努力在全国率先基本实现现代化和实现现代化;要在增强自主创新能力方面取得长足进步,作出更大贡献;要在支持与促进环渤海和中国北方经济的发展中,在东北亚区域的合作与发展中, 发挥更大作用;要在服务国内外区域经济发展中更好地发展自己。
The 11th Five-year-plan of the Central Committee of CCP proposed the overall strategy regarding our country＇s regional development. The request to form the rational regional development pattern, and encourage eastern area to take the lead in developing and advancing Tianjin Binhai New Area development and opening up has important guiding meaning to Tianjin＇s future development. Tianjin should also have the condition before 2020 to take the lead in the nation ba- sically realizing the modernization. Tianjin should make great strides in the aspect of enhancing independent innovation capability; make greater contribution to support and accelerate the Bohai ring area and the economic development of northern China. Tianjin should display major function during the cooperation and development of Northeast Asia region, meanwhile develop itself well in serving the economic development of domestic and foreign regions.
