摘要
加强党的执政能力建设要充分遵重认识规律,深化认识、科学理解和全面把握党的执政能力的内涵。当前,在党的执政能力建设方面存在着领导方式和执政方式简单陈旧、领导干部素质不高、基层组织建设面临诸多矛盾等问题。必须确立科学的执政理念,深化干部队伍改革,完善党的领导机制和工作机制,以实现长期执政的目标。
Strengthens the ruling power construction in our party must fully obey the epistemology rule, the deepening knows, the science understanding and the comprehensive assurance party＇s connotation of ruling ability. Presently, it still has some pRoblems on st,ch aspects as the obsolete way of leadership and the tailing means, poor self-quality if the leading cadre, faced too many contradictions in the basic-level organization construction. Must establish the scientific ruling idea, deepens the cadre troop reforrss, perfects the party＇s leadership mechanism and the work mechanism, and achieves the long-term ruling goal.
