摘要
美国金融业在从分业逐步走向混业的过程中,金融控股公司是美国金融混业经营模式的标志。混业经营模式给美国金融业带来了生机,但运营中也产生了一些问题。这给我国金融经营模式的变革以深刻的启示:金融混业经营利弊共存,实行混业经营必须认真分析当时所处的经营环境,混分并存是未来我国金融业经营模式的正确选择。
During the course of American financial industry from division operation to blending operation, financial holding company is a signal for blending operation pattern of American financial industry. The blending operation pattern has brought vigor for American financial industry, but some problems during the operation at the same time. Deep enlightenment has been given to China for the reformation of China＇s financial operation pattern. There are advantages and disadvantages in the blending and division operation patterns of financial industry. A careful analysis must be made on the operation environment when choosing blending operation pattern. Coexistence of blending and division operation is a correct choice for China＇s future financial industry operation pattern.
