摘要
2005年,我国利率管理体制改革、汇率形成机制改革、金融机构改革等都有了新的突破,货币市场、债券市场发展迅速,央行对货币政策中间传导变量的调控渐趋成熟,稳健货币政策的“微调”成效显著,金融宏观调控的成果得到了巩固。今后,应进一步加快金融市场发展,加大金融创新力度,强化货币政策与监管的协调,增强金融机构的政策敏感性。
There is new breakthrough in 2005 in such aspects as interest rate management regime reformation,exchange formation mechanism reformation,financial institution reformation,etc.Money market and bond market have made a rapid development.Regulation over monetary policy intermediary transmission variants by the central bank has become mature.The effect of prudent monetary policy"micro-regulation"is prominent.Achievements of financial macro-regulation have been consolidated.Financial market development should be quickened,financial innovation stressed,coordination between monetary policy and supervision strengthened,and policy sensibility of financial institutions enhanced.
