摘要
作为全球共享高技术资源的全球定位系统(GPS),其精密时间传递和时间同步技术可在电力系统中获得广泛应用。本文首先详细阐述GPS的时间传递和同步原理,然后给出利用GPS实现同步采样的新型线路纵差保护的总体构成和初步试验结果。
Global Positioning System (GPS) has become the public high technology resources for the whole world. Its Precise time transfer and synchronization technique can find wide applications in electrical power system. This paper describes the principle of GPS time transfer and synchronization at first, then presents the configuration of new type current differential protection which use GPS to carry out synchronized sampling. At the end, the paper does the analysis and evaluation to the new synchronized sampling and teh differential protection scheme according to the preliminary testing results.
