摘要
质量是企业的生命．本文对吉林省推行全面质量管理（ＴＱＣ）十余年以来，省质量管理协会、省经委质量处、省消费者协会及省标准计量局的工作情况，存在问题等作了一些简单的介绍和分析，然后对如何采取措施、引进ｆｕｚｚｙ质量管理方法，以改善吉林省的ＴＱＣ状等问题，也作了一些介绍和探索．文中提供的某些措施，尤其是ｆｕｚｚｙ管理方法，对其他省，也有广泛的实用价值．
Quality is the life of a business. This paper gives a brief account and analysis of the work, existing problems of Quality ManagementAssociation, Quality office of Economic Colnlnission, Consumer Association,and Standard Measurement Bureau of Jinn Province since the introductionOf TQC more than 10 years ago in the province. It also discusses brieflyabout what measures need to be taken foe the introduction of fuzzy qualitycontrol method so as to b6tter the over-all TQC situation in Jinn province.The measures proposed in the paper, esp. fuzzy method, are of broad andpractical value to other Provinces.
