摘要
为定量地评价人力资源对国民经济发展的贡献，分析人力资源对国民经济增长的影响，合理地制定国民经济发展过程中人力资源开发和利用计划．本文依据ＤＥＡ理论和方法，建立了评价人力资源对国民经济发展贡献的ＤＥＡ模型．并依据该模型，分析和确定了中国未来和近期经济发展对劳动力需求的指标和人力资源发展战略方案．
To evaluate the effect of human resource upon economic growth,and make hUInan resource planning in economic developmed strategy amplemelitation to be more add, this paper, based on Data Envelopment Analysistheory and method, constructs a DEA model which evaluates the effect ofhUInan resource upon economic growth. Further, the future demand forlabour in China is given by using the above model.
