摘要
本文研究了反馈系统中内部独立的循环系统的性质，并对该系统给出了一个计算量小，使用方便的排序方法．
In this paper,we discuss the properties of circular systems faith interior independance, introduce a new priority method which is more simple and used more convelliently than the traditional method.
