In this paper, the traditional method of measuring change rate of total factor productivity (TFP) is extended appropriately, which including change of TFP is decompoesd into technical progress and changes in management efficiencies on the basis of the generalized production function, and one kind of model for analysing and evaluating TFP and it's componentstechnical progress and management efficiencies is set up, too.
