摘要
城市交通监控与管理系统(iCentroV iew)是根据我国城市交通的基本情况和智能交通的发展现状而设计实现的智能交通系统,地理信息系统(G IS)是iCentroV iew系统的基础,本文根据iCentroV iew系统的需求,设计实现了一个G IS,并且在实际运行中对iCentroV iew系统有很好的支持,效果良好。
The Urban Traffic Surveillance and Management System （iCentroView） is an Intelligent Transportation System （ITS）, which is designed and implemented based on the basic condition of urban traffic and the development of ITS in our country. Geographic Information System（GIS） is the foundation of the iCentroView system. The paper has designed and implemented a GIS according to the requirements of the iCentroView system. The GIS offers a very good support for the iCentroView system and obtain a high performance in actually running.
