摘要
研究了5056合金薄壁管的冷加工性能及退火制度对其冷加工性能的影响。结果表明,与5A05、5A06等高镁铝合金相比,5056合金薄壁管冷加工时的道次加工率大,冷轧时可达70%左右,冷拔时达20%以上,两次退火间总的冷拔变形量可达30%以上;对于由热挤压提供的管坯,在冷轧前可不进行坯料退火;冷加工管材的表面质量好,不易出现裂纹、裂口等缺陷。通过实验,确定了合理的冷加工生产工艺。
The cold-working properties of 5056 aluminum alloy thin walled tube and the influence of annealing process on them were studied, The results show that cold-working reduction of 5056 aluminum alloy thin walled tube is largerbig, contrasted with the high magnesium aluminium alloy 5A05,SA06 etc.While cold-rolling 5056 Aluminium alloy,the maximum of the reduction get 75 % ;While colddrawing ,the reduction is above 20% ,All the cold-drawing deformation during two annealing is above 30% .The pipe billet of hot extrusion may not anneal before cold-rolling. The Surface quality of cold-working pipe is good, and it diffcult to produce thedefect of Clackle, Breach etc.So appropriate cold-working process may be decided by experiment.
