摘要
目的探讨建立稳定的大鼠肝脏移植模型。方法采用改进的“二套管法”对190只大鼠进行原位肝脏移植手术。结果切取供肝的时间平均为32min,修肝时间为13.5min,无肝期为17min,手术成功率达到91.7%。结论改进后的肝脏移植模型操作相对简单易学,可重复性好,模型稳定,可作为肝脏移植实验研究的有效手段。
【Objective】 To modify orthotropic liver transplantation method with two-cuff technique. 【Methods】 orthotropic liver transplantation was conducted in 190 rats by modified cuff technique. 【Results】 The average time of acquiring donor liver was 32 min, repairing liver was 13.5 min, an hepatic phase was 17 min, survival rate was 91.6%. 【conclusion】 The modified two-cuff technique is easily available and highly reproducible, which is practical and stable operative method of orthotopic liver transplantation in the rat.
