摘要 目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中凋亡抑制因子Survivin表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法对63例BTCC及10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Survivin进行染色,观察Survivin表达同肿瘤分期、分级的关系;Survivin表达与患者术后复发及预后的关系。结果Survivin在正常膀胱移行上皮组织中不表达,在BTCC中异常表达;随BTCC的分期、分级的增加,Survivin表达显著增加;Survivin高表达是BTCC患者预后不良的危险因素。结论Survivin在BTCC中异常表达具有普遍性,其表达在BTCC侵袭进展过程中起重要作用,可能是评估BTCC预后的一个有用指标。 【Objective】 To study the clinical value of the expression of Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein-Survivin in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC）. 【Methods】 Survivin was examined immunohistochemically in 63 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue. The correlations between the expression of Survivin and tumor grade, stage and patients survival rate were closely siudied. 【Results】 The expression of Survivin was abnormal in BTCC and absent in differentiated normal bladder tissue. The expression of Survivin increased with tumor stage and grade. High expression of Survivin was associated with poor prognosis of BTCC. 【Conclusion】 The abnormal expression of Survivin is common in BTCC. Survivin plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of BTCC. and would be a useful predictor of Brognosis in BTCC.
