小肽制剂对肥育猪生产性能、屠宰性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:21

Effects of the mini-peptide preparation on the growth performance,slaughter performance and the serum biochemical indexes in finishing pigs

摘要 24头体重约60kg杜×长×大肥育猪随机分为对照组和试验组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和基础日粮+0.05%小肽制剂(试验组),试验期40d。结果表明,添加0.05%小肽制剂后,肥育猪平均日增重比对照组提高14.76%(P<0.05),料重比下降7.14%(P>0.05),胴体瘦肉率提高13.51%(P<0.05),眼肌面积提高16.39%(P>0.05),背膘厚降低7.50%(P>0.05)。此外,小肽制剂能显著提高肥育猪血清中血糖浓度、总蛋白质含量及生长激素浓度(P<0.05)。 Twenty four Duroc×Landrace×Large white pigs with 60 kg body weight were randomly allotted into two groups.The control group and experimental group were fed with basal diet and basal diet + 0.05 % mini-peptides respectively.The experiment lasted for 40 days.The results showed that the experimental group fed with 0.05 % mini-peptides had the better performance.Compared with the control, the average daily gain (ADG)increased by 14.76 % (P 〈 0.05 ), the ratio of feed to gain (FIG)reduced by 7.14 %(P 〉 0.05),the carcass muscle percentage increased by 13.51%(P 〈 0.05) and the rib-eye areas was increased by 16.39 % (P 〉 0.05)in experimental group.In addition,the concentration of glucose, total protein (TP)and growth hormone (GH)in serum of pigs were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 )by mini-peptides.
