摘要
近年来,海外中国公民遇险遇难事件不断发生,引起各界广泛关注。本文对2001年1月1日—2005年6月30日期间发生的涉及海外中国公民安全的事件做了统计,通过分析统计数据,总结出了中国公民在海外面临的安全威胁的种类、主要风险的排序、世界各地区及主要国家对于海外中国公民的相对安全程度,然后分析了海外中国公民安全面临威胁的原因,并就如何降低风险提出了自己的一些看法。
In recent years, the safety of Chinese citizens overseas has been one of the major concerns of all circles. Based on an detailed analysis of the statistics (from Jan 1, 2001 to Jun 30, 2005) regarding the security of Chinese citizens overseas, this paper summarizes the types of security threat and the relative security degree of various regions and major countries, analyses the causes of the threat and offers the author's view on how to reduce the risks facing overseas Chinese.
