摘要
对银杏叶多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,通过对浸提时间,浸提料水比,浸提温度,以及银杏叶的物料粒度等影响因素的单因素和正交实验,得出最佳工艺条件为:浸提时间为4h,浸提料水比为1:30(g/mL),浸提温度100℃,物料粒度60目。在此工艺条件下,银杏叶多糖的得率为6.5%。
The technological process of extracting polysaccharides from ginkgo biloba leaves was studied in this paper. Polysaccharides was extracted by water. The time, temperature , grinding degree and raw material and water weight ratio were considered as the main factors affecting this extraction. The experiments was first done on single factors. Then the orthogonal layout L9(3^4)was used. Results showed that the high extraction rate was 6.5 % at optimum conditions of 100 ℃, 4h ,the weight of ginkgo biloba leaves/water ratio of 1 : 30 and grinding degree of 60 mesh.
