摘要
本文从宏观和微观两方面分析了振动时效消除工件内残余应力的机理。通过力学知识对振动过程中动态参数变化的原因进行分析,说明了激振的最佳频率为共振峰左侧的亚共振点,并利用动态参数变化规律,分析了振动时效效果进行间接判断的理论依据。对振动时效的应用有重要的指导意义。
The principle to get rid of stress within the processed parts by means of vibration has been assessed in view of both general and particular aspects. It also analyses the reasons for changes of dynamic parameters in the course of vibration and shows the most favorable frequency-the Sub-vibration joint is located on the left side of the jofnt vibration peck during intensified vibration. The author suggests a solid theoretical basis for assessing indirectly the vibrating effect of the time factor by using laws of changing dynamic parameters.
