摘要
针对企业产品创新环境下灵活的知识生命全周期管理,该文提出了一个基于本体的按需知识管理系统(OBODKMS), 该系统通过企业本体来建立元知识(案例等)索引,用户通过对企业本体、元知识模板的定制实现OBODKMS底层知识结构的可重构性。同时,利用工作流技术和智能主体技术,建立了基于虚拟团队协作的知识获取、知识生产和知识进化模型。在 OBODKMS中,采用推-拉的知识检索模式,并引入知识统计和可视化技术,提高了知识管理的效率和质量。该文论述了如何构造基于本体的按需知识管理系统、基础设施及其工具。
For supporting knowledge lifecycle management freely in enterprises, an ontology - based on - demand knowledge management system model——OBODKMS is proposed. OBODKMS creates indexes for knowledge - elements through concepts defined in the enterprise ontology. The customization of enterprise ontologies and the knowledge element templates enables the reconfiguration of the Knowledge Management System. By using theory of the Workflow technology and the Agent technology, a virtual enterprise -based cooperative knowledge acquisition, production and evolution model is introduced. Moreover, A PUSH - PULL client - oriented knowledge retrieval schema and the auto- matic knowledge statistic and visualization technology are adopted in OBODKMS. The knowledge management quality and efficiency are improved by using OBODKMS model. The paper has researched how to build OBODKMS, its infrastructure and tools.
