In China' overseas oil strategy, there is no their place. In China' s big amount of oil import, their contribution is tiny, even left uncounted. Compared with China Big Three who were high-profiled in overseas expansion, these self-serving bosses are a group of watchful risk-takers. Most of them ever worked for or hired professionals from Big Three. Compared with the state-owned big who were discriminated in overseas, these private-owned companies are easier to make progress. However, most of them are suffering from fund shortage and policy fluctuation--some are even squeezed by the state-owned big brothers. Moreover, they should watch out for sneak attacks from cheaters.
