摘要
本文报道哈尔滨制药五厂生产的注射用头孢曲松钠在正常人药代动力学研究结果。血药浓度采用微生物学方法测定。低（１ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）、中（４ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）、高（１６ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）３种浓度的日内和日间变异系数＜４％。回收率分别为１０１％、１０２．０３％、９９．７４％，该方法可靠。肌注后药时曲线符合一室开放模型。肌注后血清峰浓度为１３１．６３ｍｇ·Ｌ－１，达峰时间为１．７９ｈ，肌注给药后的消除半衰期为７．３５ｈ，药时曲线下面积为１６５２．３６（ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）ｈ。哈尔滨制药五厂的头孢曲松钠的相对生物利用度为９７．９７％。
The pharmacokinetics of ceftriaxone sodium injection made in Harbin Fifth Pharmaceutic Factory in eight healthy adults was reported.The blood concentration was measured by the bio-assay method.The coefficient of variation both within day and between days of low(1 mg·L-1)、middle(4 mg·L-1) and high (16 mg·L-1) concentration was less than 4%.The rate of recovery was 101%、102.03%、99.74% respectively.The results showed that the serum concentration-time profiles were an one-compartment open model after intramuscular injection.The peak blood concentration after intramuscular injection of ceftriaxone 1 g was 131.63 mg·L-1 and the time up to the peak concentration(Tmax)was 1.79 h.Thc climination half life was 7.35 h.The area underline concentration curve was 1652.36(mg·L-1)h.AND comparative bioavailability 97.97%.
