摘要
不论是在发达国家还是在发展中国家,中小企业在促进科技进步、增加就业、扩大出口等方面,都发挥着不可忽视而且不可替代的作用。目前,大多数中国的中小企业还处于创业与成长阶段,这类企业的创业与发展过程面临着很多带有共性的深层次问题,这些问题构成了中国中小企业发展的严重障碍,束缚了它们创业的步伐,其中融资问题显得尤为突出。因此,解决好中小企业融资问题意义非常重大。
No matter in the developed countries or developing countries, the Small and Middle sized Enterprises will encourage the techlogical development, increase the employment and expend the exports unignoredly and unsuhtitutedly. As to the whole society, SMEs is the cradle where people bring their innovation spirit to play and realize their entrepreneur dream. Nowadays, nearly all of the SMEs in china are in there developing term. The financial problem will obstruct the progress of the SMEs.
