摘要
面对当今社会的种种无信失信现象,重塑信用已成为全社会的共同呼声。本文首先研究了对品牌与诚信相互关系的研究,并深入探讨品牌失信问题与原因,最后从以下两方面探讨企业如何树立品牌诚信:一是从真诚面对消费者方面给予建议,二是从努力承担社会责任方面给予阐述。
Facing with phenomenon without honest promise,rebuilding honest promise has been common voice. The paper research relation of brand and honest promise, and probe into reason of brand without honest promise, at last discuss how to rebuilt honest promise: firstly facing with consumers sincerely, secondly undertaking social duty struggling.
