树突状细胞疫苗与慢性粒细胞白血病

摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是体内最重要的抗原提呈细胞,在抗肿瘤免疫中起着重要的作用。慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是起源于多能造血干细胞恶性克隆性疾病,负载CML的肿瘤细胞可溶性抗原、bcr/abl抗原肽于DC形成DC疫苗,在体外诱导出抗CML细胞毒作用,用于清除微小残留病。现综述DC疫苗在CML免疫治疗的研究进展。
