摘要
当前融资难已经成为河南乡镇企业发展的严重障碍,必须加快乡镇企业与资本市场的对接,建立多层次的资本市场,即积极培育区域性资本市场,培育风险资本市场,积极扶持科技型乡镇企业进入二板市场,稳步推进有条件的乡镇企业进入主板市场。同时,加快构建乡镇企业进入资本市场的体系。
At present, circulating funds difficultly has become the serious impediment to the development of rural enterprises in Henan Province. So we must quicken the space dock between rural enterprises and capital market and build the multi-level capital market. We can bring up the regional capital market positively. Bring up risky capital market, and support the technology enterprises enter the starting business market. Carry the qualified rural enterprises forward into the stock market steadily and at the same time, build the access for the rural enterprise enter the capital market as quickly as possible.
