摘要
目的:研究冷冻处理后的胎兔周围神经进行同种异体移植修复缺损神经的再生能力。方法:供体选用青紫兰胎兔5只,受体选用成年大耳白兔48只。切取胎兔坐骨神经,经超低温冷冻和液氮处理后,移植修复异体正中神经缺损为实验组;自体神经移植至同体对侧肢体为对照组。观察5个月。结果:术后无急性排斥反应。运动神经传导速度和形态定量学检查,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:冷冻处理的胎兔神经能够代替自体神经修复神经缺损。
Aim:To study the nerve regenerative potential of nerve allografts alter cryomanagement in fetal rabbits, Methods:Five pregnant chinchilla rabbits were used as donors and immunologically incompatible forty-eight Beijing long-eared white rabbits as recipients.Sciatic nerves were taken out from the fetal rabbits and cryopreserved in a -80℃ refrigerator for 3 months and then were cryomanaged in liquid nitrogen for 2 minutes.The experiment of the fetal nerve allograft for bridging the defect of peripheral nerves was done after rapid thawing.The control group was grafted with autogenous nerves.Results:The analysis of postoperative immune response monitoring and nerve conduction velocity and image pattern analysis showed that there was no statistical difference between the autogenous nerve graft group and the fetal nerve allograft group.Conelusion:The cryomanaged fetal nerve allografts can replace the autogenous nerve graft to repair defects of peripheral nerve.
