中药当归对神经组织氧自由基浓度及脂质过氧化影响的实验研究 被引量:11

An Experimental Study on the Effects of Radix Angelicae on Oxygen Free Radicals and Lipid Peroxidation of Injured Peripheral Nerves

摘要 目的:探讨中药当归对周围神经损伤后氧自由基浓度及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:对大鼠坐骨神经造成 Sed-donⅡ类损伤,并进行当归腹腔注射治疗后测定氧自由基浓度、丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果:治疗组3个时间点(2、4、6天)坐骨神经氧自由基浓度略高于各自对照组,但无显著性差异;4个时间点(2、4、6、21天)丙二醛含量略高于各自对照组,但无显著性差异,仅1个时间点(11天)丙二醛含量显著高于对照组;4个时间点(2、4、6、11天)超氧化物歧化酶含量显著低于各自对照组,1个时间点(21天)略低于对照组,但无显著性差异。结论:本研究提示当归可促进损伤神经的血液循环,但不显著增加氧自由基的产生。 Aim:To investigate the effects of the Chinese drug,angelica sinensis on oxygen free radicals(OFRs)and lipid peroxidation of injured peripheral nerves.Methods:Rats were subjected to Seddon Ⅱ sciatic nerve damage, then injected intraperitoneally with angelica sinensis to measure the concentration of sciatic nerve OFRs and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)as well as superoxide dismutase(SOD).Results:The results showed that the OFRs concen- tration in the angelica sinensis group at 2,4 and 6 days was slightiy higher than that in the control groups,but With no significant difference;MDA content of the treated group at 2,4,6 and 21 days was slightly higher than that of the con- trol groups with no significant difference,only at one time point(11 days)it was significantly higher than the control group;the SOD content at 2,4,6 and 11 days in the angelica sinensis group was significantly lower than that in the control groups and it was slightly lower at one time point(21 days)than the control group.Conclusion.Angelica sinen- sis can improve the blood circulation of the injured nerve,and will not increase OFRs production.
