摘要
用硫酸铵沉淀、阴离子交换柱层析、凝胶过滤柱层析从变形链球菌培养上清液中提取、纯化了表面蛋白质抗原Ⅰ/Ⅱ(简称抗原Ⅰ/Ⅱ),该抗原能与特异性抗抗原Ⅰ/Ⅱ血清发生免疫学沉淀反应;SDS-PAGE显示纯抗原Ⅰ/Ⅱ为单一蛋白区带,分子量为190546 d;Lowry法测定蛋白质含量为0.8mg/ml;氨基酸组成分析表明丙氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、赖氨酸含量较多,酸性氨基酸占24.1％,碱性氨基酸占11.4％,表明蛋白质的等电点偏低。

The antiggen reacted with specific anti-antigen I / I serum by immunodiffusion. SDS-PAGE of purified antigen I / II exhibited a single band, with weight of 190546d. The protein concentration was 0. 8mg/ ml estimated by Lowry method. Amino acids composition revealed acidic anino acid residues contain 24. 1%, basic amino acid residues contain 11.4%.
