摘要
目的为了更好地认识新生儿窒息的护理诊断与抢救措施。方法从我院2003年1月￣2005年7月的产科病案中回顾性统计新生儿窒息67例进行总结分析。结果轻度窒息58例,重度窒息9例,经积极抢救,精心治疗及护理,59例痊愈出院,5例好转出院,3例死亡。结论正确的护理诊断和积极的护理抢救是治疗窒息患儿的关键。
Objective To study Dignosis and nursing of apnoea neonatorum. Methods We anslyzed 67 patients from January,2003 to July,2005 in our hospital. Results 64 patients get healthy and 3 patients was dead by saving actively and cureing and tending carefully from 58 light asphyxial patients and 9 heary, asphyxial patienta. Conclusion The key to salvage are precise dignosis and rescue nursing timely.
