摘要
目的分析80岁以上老年人股骨转子间骨折及早期并发症治疗方法的选择。方法2000年6月～2004年6月采用不同的方法治疗股骨转子间骨折39例。结果39例中,早期死亡2例,7例术后5个月死于基础内科病,其余全部骨折愈合,平均愈合时间3～4个月。结论外固定架治疗80岁以上老年人股骨转子间骨折,骨折愈合快,并发症少,稳定性好,可获得满意疗效。
Objective To analyze the treatments of intertro-chanteric fracture and the early postoperatrve complications in patients over 80 years of age. Methods 39 patients of over 80 years of age with intertro-chanteric fracture were treated with different methods from june 2000 to June 2004. Results 2 cases of early postoperative death.7 cases died of basic internal disease 5 months after operation,All the rest healed after 3 to 4 months on average. Conclusion Good result can be gained by using external fixation for the patients over 80 years with intertro-chanterie fracture：has many adventages ,such as union of fracture soon, few complications and good stability.
