摘要
目的对临床各类型的休克进行ICD-10编码分析,保证休克编码质量。方法对休克的临床类型、病因进行分析研究,结合ICD-10编码的规则,对2003年-2005上半年所有出院的休克病例编码质量逐一调查分析。结果调查的休克病例有245例,编码错误38例,误码率15.5 %。结论休克的临床诊断与ICD-10存在差异；休克的病因多种和休克的类型多样化；编码员对ICD-10编码的规则不熟练等是误码的主要原因。
Objective To analyze multifarious clinical shocks by ICD-10 and ensure the quality ot thc coding of Shocks. Methods to study me cause and clinical types of shocks, integrate with the rule of ICD-10, investigate one by one the coding quality of all the discharged patients of shock from 2003 to the first half of 2005. Results There are 245 shock cases for investigation, and 38 error coding are foand. The error coding rate is 15.5%. Conclusion The cause of error coding of shocks lies in the difference between the clinical diagnoses and ICD-10, the multi causes and types of shock, and some coders are unfamiliar with the skill of ICD-10 .
