摘要
文章通过对山东大学前屯居集体资产股份制改革的内容分析,指出我国城市边缘区“城中村”社区组织股份公司制改革的实质依然具有产权不清的股份合作制特征,改制的结果一方面为解决土地与集体资产收益分配引发的群体利益矛盾提供了可借鉴的思路,同时也为村庄精英牟利留下了制度空间,从而有可能形成新的问题与制度障碍。
Through analyzing the content of stock company system transformation in Qiantun of Jinan city,we found the stock company contains the character of stock cooperative mode.The reform settled the dispute of benefit between villagers and village elites.At the same time,it also left the room of making profit for the elite and probably become the new problem and system obstacles.
