摘要
本文简要介绍了地区电网调度员潮流及无功综合优化的在线化应用软件包的设计思想、数学模型、功能及应用情况。在具备ＳＣＡＤＡ功能的地区调度部门开发使用调度员潮流及无功综合优化软件包，能高效经济地提高电网自动化水平，使调度员从经验上升为分析型调度。
The design principles, mathematical models, basic functions and examples of the real-time application software package for dispatcher power flow and comprehen-sive reactive power optimization are presented in this paper. The automation level can be improved economically and effi-ciently by use of this kind of software package in the dis-patching centre where the SCADA is implemented.
