摘要
本文采用线弹性幂次强化材料模型,对直角形弯曲的加工过程和卸载后的回弹进行了实验和理论分析,给出了回弹量与弯曲力的理论计算公式。实验表明,当弯曲半径与板厚之比大于3时,理论计算与实验结果是吻合的。
In this paper, a theoretical analysis on the deformation and spring back of sheet of elastic exponential hardening under tectangular bending are done. Then the formula of spring back of sheet is given while practical operation conditions are considered. A good agreement on spring back angle and bending force between theoretical and experimental result is achieved
