摘要
本文应用上限法对圆柱体自由摆辗镦挤成形过程的力能参数和变形规律进行了分析研究,变形区域由接触变形区、非接触变形区和塑性铰组成,并建立了相应的动可容速度场。通过优化计算,获得了摆辗镦挤变形力、反挤压高度随着坯件高度压下量、摆头每转压下量、坯件与模具接触面上的摩擦的变化而变化的关系。
The calculation of force and energy and the deformation in the process of simultaneous backwardextrusion-Upsetting by rotary forging a investigated by means of the upper bound method. The deformationregion is composed of the contacted deformation region. The uncontacted deformation region and the plastical hinge. The kinematically admissible velocity field is established. By optimum, calculation, the effects of the reduction in height of blank. Draft per oscillation of upper die and lubricating condition on the force and the backward extrusion height are obtained.
