摘要
当今,国家竞争是以经济和科技为实力的综合国力的较量,高校是培养创新人才的摇篮,担负着输送创新人才和发明科技成果的重任,针对我国目前高校创新能力不高的问题,给出了几方面的建议。
Nowadays, the national competition is comparation of strength taking economy and science and technology. The university is a cradle that trains innovative talents. It takes the responsibility of sending innovative talents and inventing scientific and technical result. Since the university does not have high innovation ability at present in our country, this article provides some suggestions in several respects.
