In this paper application of the bicubic B-spline curved surfaces to study on CAD of glass ware shape was discussed.The bicubic B-spline curved surfaces was applied to design both the rotary shapes and the irrotational shapes,The shapes can be rapidly displayed and the profile can be easily modified.The profiles can also be printed out by a printer,and the data are transmitted to the data control machine tool to make the mould without draft drawings.
