摘要
目的:探讨奥曲肽治疗非胃底食管静脉曲张破裂所致上消化道大出血的临床疗效。方法:59例患者先给予奥曲肽 0．1 mg iv,再用奥曲肽0．1 mg持续静滴94～96 h,出血控制后逐步减量。结果:59例患者中仅3例无效,其余56例均在72 h 内止血,止血率达94．92％。结论:奥曲肽治疗非胃底食管静脉曲张所致上消化道大出血有较显著疗效。
Objective： To study the effecasy of octreotide in treatment of massive upper digestive tract bleeding with non-gastroesophageal verieear. Method： Fifty nine eases were used octreotide 0.1 mg iv immeadiately ,and then 0. I mg ivd 94 h-96 h continuously. After the bleeding was controlled, the dose was decreased gradually. Result： Three eases were no effect and the bleeding of 56 cases were stoped in 72 h,hemostatie rate was 94.92%. Conclusion： The therapeutic effeeasy of octreotide on treatment of massive upper digestive tract bleeding with non-gastroeso phageal varieeal is obviously.
