摘要
目的:优化齐墩果酸滴丸的工艺,提高其溶出释药性能。方法:采用正交试验法以滴丸制备工艺中的滴距(A)、冷凝温度(B)、滴头口径(C)、管长(D)为因素进行优化试验。结果:A、B、C、D四个因素对滴丸成型的硬度,圆整度及拖尾情况均有一定影响,且其影响顺序为C>B>A>D,最佳工艺条件为A2B2C3D2,即滴距为8 cm,冷凝温度为10℃,滴头内径为2.5 mm。结论:本实验结果可供滴丸生产中改进工艺的参考。
Objective: To optimize the preparing process of oleanolic acid dripping pills as to improve the release of its effectiveness in soluble form. Method: The technigue of orthogonal experimentation was used, pill-dripping distance(A) ; the cooling temperature(B) ; the caliber size of dripping faucet(C) and the tube length(D) were optimized. Result: The above four factors of A, B, C, D have influence upon the hardness, the roundness and the ending of dripping in a certain extent, the sequence were C 〉 B 〉 A 〉 D. The best processing condition was A2B2C3D2 ; as the dripping distance was 8 cm, the cooling temperature was 10 ℃ ,the caliber size of dripping faucet was 2.5 mm. Conclusion: The results may be a positive reference for the dirpping pill production to improve the preparing process.
