摘要
目的:建立测定复方雷锁辛擦剂中间苯二酚、苯酚和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-2%乙酸溶液(40:60),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:280 nm。结果:间苯二酚在5~25 μg·ml-1,苯酚在10~100μg·ml-1,水杨酸在3~90μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数依次为:0.999 9, 0.999 8,0.999 9。回收率依次为:99.5%(RSD0.9%),100.1%(RSD0.6%),99.7%(RSD 1.4%)。结论:本法专属性强,结果准确可靠。适用于复方雷锁辛擦剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the contents of three constituents in compound resoreinol liniment. Method: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Kromasil ODS C18 column (150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm), was used methanol -2% acetic acid solution (40: 60) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Result: The linear ranges of resorcinol, phenol and salicylic acid were at 5 -250μg·ml^-1 (r =0.999 9), 10 - 1 000μg·ml^-1 (r = 0.999 8 ) and 3 - 90μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9 ) respectively, the average recoveries were 99.5 % ( RSD 0.9% ), 100. 1% ( RSD 0.6% ,and 99.7% (RSD)1.4% ) respectively. Condusion: The method is rapid, accurate, and can be used for Quality control of compound resorcinal liniment.
