摘要
目的:建立测定复方雷锁辛擦剂中间苯二酚、苯酚和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil C18(4．6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-2％乙酸溶液(40:60),流速1．0 ml·min-1,检测波长:280 nm。结果:间苯二酚在5～25 μg·ml-1,苯酚在10～100μg·ml-1,水杨酸在3～90μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数依次为:0．999 9, 0．999 8,0．999 9。回收率依次为:99．5％(RSD0．9％),100．1％(RSD0．6％),99．7％(RSD 1．4％)。结论:本法专属性强,结果准确可靠。适用于复方雷锁辛擦剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the contents of three constituents in compound resoreinol liniment. Method： The chromatographic conditions were as follows： Kromasil ODS C18 column （150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）, was used methanol -2% acetic acid solution （40： 60） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Result： The linear ranges of resorcinol, phenol and salicylic acid were at 5 -250μg·ml^-1 （r =0.999 9）, 10 - 1 000μg·ml^-1 （r = 0.999 8 ） and 3 - 90μg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ） respectively, the average recoveries were 99.5 % （ RSD 0.9% ）, 100. 1% （ RSD 0.6% ,and 99.7% （RSD）1.4% ） respectively. Condusion： The method is rapid, accurate, and can be used for Quality control of compound resorcinal liniment.
