摘要
目的:研制复方奥硝唑酊剂并对制剂进行质量控制。方法:以奥硝唑和西米替丁为主药,采用HPLC法建立该制剂的质控指标,并考察制剂的刺激性和稳定性。结果:奥硝唑的平均回收率为99．81％,西米替丁的平均回收率为100．77％。结论:该制剂配方合理,制备工艺和质量控制方法简便可行,无刺激性,可用于临床。
Objective： To prepare the compound omidazole tincture and study the quality control of this preparation. Method： Omidazole and cimetidine were used as main ingredients in compound omidazole tincture. This preparation was under quality control by the method of HPLC and inspected the irritation and stability of this preparation. Result： The average recovery of ornidazole and cimifidine were 99.81% and 100.77% respectivery. Conclusion： The pharmaceutical formulation of compound ornidazole tincture is reasonable and the method of preparation and quality control are simple. It can be used for clinic practise, without irritation.
