摘要
用阳极溶出伏安法对电沉积锡铅二元合金的相组成进行了现场研究。结果发现,在柠檬酸-EDTA体系锡铅合金电沉积溶液中,铅的电沉积比锡更困难些。电沉积锡铅合金的阳极溶出伏安曲线上出现两个相互分离的溶解电流峰。这两个峰的电位分别比锡和铅单独存在时阳极溶解峰电位都向正方向移动了几十毫伏,表明电沉积的锡铅合金系由锡中溶有少量铅的β固溶体相和铅中溶有少量锡的α固溶体相组成的共晶体结构。金相磨片检测结果也证实了合金的α+β共晶体组织。
Study of phase composition of electrodeposited tin-lead alloy was conducted in situ by using anodic stripping voltammetry. It is found from the experimental results that in citrate-EDTA system of tin-lead alloy electrodeposition solution lead is more difficult to deposit than tin. Two seperate current peaks appears on the anodic stripping voltammetric curve of the electrodeposited tin-lead alloy,Potentials of the two peaks are shifted in positive direction some tens milivolts as compared with those of tin and lead dissolution respectively. This shows that electrodeposited tinlead alloy is a eutectic structure composed of β-solid solution dissolving a small amount of lead in tin and α-solid solution dissolving a small amount of tin in lead.Results of metallographic examination also confirms the existance of the α+β eutectic structure of the alloy.
