摘要
通过研究3个玉米杂交种成熟过程中籽粒蛋白质及几种氨基酸的变化表明:玉米在腊熟后期至成熟籽粒的粗蛋白含量和单位面积生产量较高。氨基酸的含量和生产量由于使用品种特性差异,在玉米成熟过程中表现出较大差异,但趋势近似相同。
The results obtained from 3 hybrids of maize showed there were higher content and yield of protein in grains from the late stage or wax ripeness to maturity stage. Due to the difference of hybrids used, the content and yield of amino acids different in the course of maturity,but they showed the approximate same tendency.
