摘要
采用截留相对分子质量40 k的超滤膜,研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及其胶束在含Ni2+水溶液中的超滤特性,讨论了对SDBS及Ni2+截留率和膜通量的影响因素。结果表明,SDBS胶束在水溶液中与Ni2+作用,可形成比纯SDBS胶束大得多的胶束或胶束聚集体;经过超滤膜过程处理,获得了镍离子浓度小于0.28mg/L,COD小于52的透过液,用于含镍废水处理,可达到国家废水排放标准或装置回用要求;Ni2+的回收率达98%以上,有利于浓缩液回收金属;在pH值为9.56时,可获得145.8 L/(m2.h)的通量。
The ultrafiltration properties of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) and its micells in an aqueous Ni^2+ solution with an uhrafihration membrane that has a MWCO of 40 000 Dalton was studied, The rejection of the Ni^2+ and SDBS and the permeate flux were discussed. Due to the interactions between Ni^2+ and SDBS, the micells sizes of SDBS in the aqueous solution are larger than those in a pure SDBS solution. Experimental results indicated that Ni^2+ concentration in the UF permeate: was lower than 0.28 mg/L and the COD was lower than 52; which meet the national standard discharge requirement; the recovery of Ni^2+ was greater than 98%; the permeation flux was approximately 145.8 L/(m^2·h) at a pH of 9. 56.
