摘要
讨论了水资源利用最优规划模型中的“多反而少”现象,对其一般最优规划模型作了一些改进,可以得到更优的结果,指出了最优规划对于节水工作的指导意义,并进行了示例计算。
The more-for-less paradox in the optimum programming model about utilization of water resources was discussed. The original model was improved for better result. Its significance to water saving was pointed out, and computation cases were given.
