摘要
采用全自动剑杆打样机织造了具有一定规格的棉织物,并对透气性和光泽进行了测试。研究表明,棉织物透气量与紧度呈二次方关系;紧度相同时,透气性不仅受织物组织的影响,而且还与表面平整度有关。组织相同时,棉织物光泽度随着紧度的增加而减小;浮线长短和表面平整度对光泽有影响。棉织物染色后光泽发生改变,有些染料会使光泽减弱,有些染料会使光泽增强。同一织物,不同角度的光泽是不同的。
Cotton fabric of certain specification were weaved in the mini-type rapier-weaving loom, and the permeability and luster were tested. The test shows that air permeability has quadratic correlation with the tightness. When the tightness is the same, the permeability is not only influenced by fabric stitch but also influenced by surface levelness. When the stitch is the same, the luster degree is increasing with the decreasing of tightness, and the influence of float length and surface levelness on luster is existing. Luster of cotton fabric will change after dyeing, some dyes can decrease the luster, and some dyes can increase it. From different angular, the luster of fabric is different.
