摘要
分散控制系统(DCS)的标准化是目前工业控制领域中最受关注的课题之一。论述近年来可编程控制器(PLC)的技术发展状况,探讨了PLC在DCS标准化进程中的作用。采用“数据引擎”理论是产生这些作用的关键因素,应用这项理论,PLC不仅能完全取代传统的DCS控制站,而且具有更好的硬件集成与软件共享性能。采用基于PLC的控制站能有效提高DCS的设计和现场调试效率,降低运行维护成本。PLC将成为下一代DCS控制站的标准平台。
The standardization of DCS is one of the research focuses in industrial control. The development of PLC and its effect on the standardization process of DCS were discussed in this paper. The data engine theory is the key factor to bring about these functions. In the light of this theory, PLC can replace traditional DCS control station completely and even better hardware integration and software sharing performance can be achieved. The practical experience of PLC-based control stations can improve the design and field commission efficiency greatly and reduce the operation cost effectively. PLC will become the standard platform for the next generation DCS control station.
