摘要
通过硅钙变质处理，使得高碳高锰钢组织中形成的碳化物团球化，实现在奥氏体基体上碳化物颗粒的弥散分布，改善了高锰钢的强韧性，提高了耐磨性。
The carbides in high carbon high manganese steels can be formed and nodulized through Si-Ca modifying.The nodulized carbides are well-distributed in austenites and can improve strength-toughness and antiwear properties of the steels.
