摘要
介绍一种新型浇注料预制块。以特级矾土熟料为骨料和粉料，配以活性ＳｉＯ２微粉和α－Ａｌ２Ｏ３微粉，以纯铝酸钙水泥作结合剂，并加入有效的外加剂制成混合料，经浇注振动成型，得到一种低水泥高铝质浇注料预制块。该预制块应用在烧结机点火器上，使用寿命可达２～３年。
A new kind of casting preformed block is introduced.Using special alumine grog as aggregate and powder,adding active SiO2 fine powder and α-Al2O3 fine powder,using pure calcium aluminate cement as bonding agent,and adding effective additives,the prepared mixture was shaped by casting vibration,then a kind of lower cement and high alumina casting preformed block was made.The service life of the preformed block applied in igniters of sintering machine is 2～3 years.
