肉仔鸡日粮中胡麻饼、蚕豆和鱼粉适宜用量初探 被引量:2

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON SUITABLE AMOUNT REQUIRED OF LINSEED CAKE,BROAD BEAN AND FISH MEAL IN BROILER DIETS

摘要 以胡麻饼、蚕豆和鱼粉为三大因素,采用三因子三水平的L9(34)正交设计,探讨在肉仔鸡日粮中,以胡麻饼和蚕豆代替部分鱼粉及其适宜用量。试验结果表明,日粮合胡麻饼6.0%-10.0%,对鸡日增重无显著影响,并可获得较好的饲料报酬和经济效益。日粮中蚕豆用量由10.0%增至15.0%-20.0%,前期可显著提高日增重(P<0.05);后期对增重无显著影响,但可提高经济效益。前期日粮鱼粉含量为3.5%,极显著降低日增重(P<0.01),明显降低采食量、饲料报酬和经济效益;鱼粉5.0%时,可显著降低日增重;后期3.0%,对饲料报酬和经济效益无明显影响。 According to Chinese Feeding Standard of broiler chickens, nine diets weremade up that were offered to 630 AA broiler chickens which were divided into 9 groups atrandom in a L9(34) orthogonal experiment that had three factors and three levels with eachfactor.Three factors were linseed cake,broad beau and fish meal.The experimental resultsindicated that the increase of linseed cake amount required in the diets from 6.0% to 10.0%not significantly influenced the average daily gain(ADG),but produced satisfactory resultson feed efficiency(FE)and economic benefit in 0-8 week period.The increase of broad beauamount from 10.0%to 15.0% or 20.0% increased significantly ADG in 0-4 week period(p<0.05),not significantly influenced ADG in 5-8 week period (P>0. 05),increased theintakes,decreased the feed efficiency,but there were trend lucreasing economic benefit.In 0-4week period,the reduction of fish meal amount from 7.0% to 3.5%,significantlydecreased ADG,distinctly did the intakes,feed efficiency and economic benefit, from7.0% to 5.0%,not distinctly influenced FE and economic benefit,but signific4nt decreaseADG(P<0.05).Their reduction from 6.0% to 3.0% in 5-8 week period, not significantly influenced ADG,FE and economic benefit.
